Default KB Landscaping

We are pondering hiring KB Landscaping to do a total overhaul of our yard. Has anyone used them? Comments? Feedback? It was a toss up between them and TerraScape. Thanks.

Did you consider Village Palms? They have the best track record, and have set the standard for excellence. Extremely professional, and they have creative and imaginative designers.

Yes, tried Village Palms. Liked their design but they were about $6,000 more than the rest of the quotes we got.

Talked with them twice about French Drains, Two prices, second higher than the first. A no show for the job. No contract, no job.

We have used KB and design work was fine as was the installation of new lawn. Maintenance on our lawn has been terrible. We are shopping for new lawn services. The mowing is OK but the weed, Nematode control and other problems never get resolved. We have used them for 2 years upon the recommendation of a friend.

We used Terrascape to redo our landscaping. They removed curbing, installed new stacked walls and changed some of the plants. It was done according to a detailed written contract with drawings. Everything was done on time and we (and our neighbors) love the transformation. We worked directly with the owner -- Andres Avelar. They are located in Wildwood on HWY 301. Tel 352-748-3050

I would recommend Village Palms. They are flexible with design changes and will dork within your budget.

I also used Village Palms after getting 6 estimates. They were the most original in their design and got more for my money. They are a pleasure to work with.
