Vanguard to charge account transfer/exit fee.

Beginning July 1st, Vanguard will charge a $100 fee to close or transfer your account. Does any other investment firms do this?

I have a small balance with them so I will transfer it to either my Schwab or Fidelity account. Vanguard funds can also be purchased at either of those firms.

Should You Stay With Vanguard Despite the New Fee Announcement?
