I have heard that there is a starter group in the Villages for the Evangelical Free Church of America, does anyone have any info on this?

If you have a copy of Saturday's Sun newspaper in the section where the churches advertise you will see one for Live Oaks Community Church. They meet in the Wildwood Country Estates club house on Sunday mornings at 9:30 To find this take Buena Vista south as if you're going to Brownwood. B.V. will take you to hwy 44. At that point is a stop/go light but directly straight ahead is a driveway up into the WCE community. There will be folks that direct you to parking.
