Pressure Wash Guy is good. Reasonable and cleans up after himself. I have used him numerous times.

We've used Egners for 17 years and very happy. First on vinyl twice a year, now on block home once a year. They don't use a high power/pressure. We have them do everything, including the pool deck. For a little extra, they'll even get all the ugly black stains out of the area in front of the driveway and yard. Everyone there has been very nice and thorough.

Lowes sells an excellent house was for vinyl siding. Fastens to hose. I want to say it is in a green jug. About a gallon maybe less. It has bleach in so care is needed. Did great for.

I have been here 15 years I had a sided house. Very dangerous in Florida to have a sided House. I’ve been here through one tornado and several hurricanes. The tornado blew out my wall lucky I wasn’t killed and many hurricanes took off the siding. I am now in the concrete courtyard villa. Never a problem with House. What months of the year are the best for seni-annual cleaning of siding?

We have used 'A 1' for 10 years. Bob Dibble. He is a great person and does an excellent job. We clean our house every 6 - 7 months.

Thanks for the informative information. Regarding code. We have frame home with vinyl in Spanish Springs area. Found wood rot due to gutters and had to remove siding to re install gutter. Appears original contractor never installed any vapor barrier. Have been told that house was put up in 30 days. Have a 3800 PSI presssure washer and no doubt that it will get past the siding and onto the particle board walls.
