I called one of the people recommended on this forum for window cleaning and they never called me back. Testerman's ad said "phone calls returned promptly".
When I called I got a recording explaining they were out but would return calls between a certain time period. I left a message telling them when I would be in to receive a call. They called during the time I specified.

Today, a very nice man came and did all my villa windows and my glassed in lanai. In the lanai, he had to remove the windows to clean both sides as the screen is continuous. I barely knew he was here--he was quiet and did a great job. I recommend them. their ad:
