Thanks for the recommendations. My wife has maybe watched too many tattoo shows on TV and wants to get a dragon ouroboros on her upper arm/shoulder. Her main concern is that so much depends on the skills of the tattoo artist, which can be hit or miss.

Why are the photos gross? Are there too many tattoos? If it's because the subjects are seniors with less than elastic skin, then you'd probably best stay away from the pools here.

We had a few of us go a couple of years ago for our first Tattoo. I got a rose on the back of my right shoulder. I love it !

We just got back home after spending a week at Panama City Beach. We were both shocked at the number of young girls we saw with "sleeves", at least one arm from the shoulder down totally covered with tattoos. Some were flowers, leaves, butterflies, etc,......but many were skulls & dragons & other not so feminine stuff. Makes one wonder what they were thinking.

I can't help but think that in a few years there's going to be a huge demand for dermatologists that specialize in tattoo removal.

I don't think a Tattoo should be taken lightly. I am thinking about getting one myself. But as I looked around, I was surprised at how many crappy tattoos are out there. So my search was on. If Im going to put something on my body, I want it right and by the best. I did a search on the top 10 tattoo parlors in the country, and then searched out the best artist for the type of tattoo I wanted. Looks like I will be taking a trip.

Big Time Customz in Douglasville, Ga outside of Atlanta. My son is an excellent tattoo artist and has been doing this work for 23 years. The shop is clean and my son has a great reputation. He goes by Tony Loco! He has been recommended by Miami Ink and other leading tattoo artists.

Bill Gold at Tattoo Studio 441 in Eustis would be my first choice. Thing is Bill has like a 3-5 month waiting list.. Probably one of the best around here.

welcome

Next would be Diamond Tattoo. I would ask for Margo to do it, if not her then Peggy.

Tattoo Studio Summerfield, FL - Diamond Tattoos & Body Piercings

Those are who I would use. One other would be Trinity Tattoo in Orlando area.
Jorge is really good, does alot of freehand work.

Anytime you get a tattoo always make sure all needles and supplies are new. The 2 above will go over that with you and show you the packages as they open them.

If I did, here is something that would just fit on my backside.

"I have thousands of ancestors who would not let me sit next to them in heaven if I arrived with a tattoo.(UNLESS I joined the Navy and became an Admirel)"

This version of "heaven" pretty much capsulizes what is wrong with organized religion and why they are mankind's greatest detriment to true spirituality.

THAT POST of mine was supposed to be funny. We aren't having a heavy discussion of religion here. I am an old woman with certain dislodgeable ideas. I think I am not opposed to you.

A sense of humor is a great blessing in this life.

I will get a tattoo when Princess Kate gets one. I was gonna say the Queen but she is such an old sourpuss.
