Default Sliding Glass Doors

Any recommendations for repairing a sliding glass door on the lanai ? I've been trying to get hold of Custom Window in Ocala, as the warranty department suggested , but they do not return calls and if they transfer you to their service department you might as well hang up.

There's a 5 year warranty on your sliding doors... You might want to call the contractor who installed them originally, if less than 5 years.

I had a crack in the glass in the bedroom slider, and I only needed a single door, the one without the lock. Everything was fine including the frame. I hired my handyman and he went to Ro-Mac Lumber, the same company that puts in all our garage doors. They had it in stock and it was only $153 for the door, this was three years ago.
