We do our home once ever 18 months. We use BK & J outdoor services. 352-266-8644. We are very happy with them, and they also do windows inside and out. Very reasonable.

Today Egner's did a great job on my Patio Villa for $45 and a GREAT JOB on the driveway,sidewalks and patio for $50.They use a solution and low pressure wash on the house and a scrubbing machine on the concrete.
