Right. Our home was built in 2012 and a dedicated GFI outlet was put in the garage without requesting it. I thought it was done for all new homes from that point. We were told it was for electric golf cart charging.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PREMIER ENVIRONMENTAL HOUSE WASHING IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY AS PREMIER HOUSE WASHING. Luke Strano is the owner of Premier House Washing and has washed my house on several occasions and I have been completely satisfied with his professionalism and demeanor. I highly recommend him and I hope nobody confuses the two companies. Luke’s number is 352.653.7691.

OUCH, if damage occurred from washing house sounds like Power Washing damage. What else could it be, seriously! Rubbing to hard chemicals to harsh. Do you have a stucco home or sided home? Good luck finding out because I doubt the washing business will admit it was their fault. It could be a new home you just moved into & I’m sure they’ll blame it on someone else.

We were having trouble with our fridge that we just moved from kitchen to garage. Separate standing freezer worked fine. Our panel was maxed out, so had to have it upgraded. To get to present code, we had to installed two separate designated outlets, one for side by side fridge, and one for upright freezer. This house was built in 2008. certain codes have changed (and, yes, we did need to get approval/advise "the powers that be" . Glad to know about the house exterior cleaning issues. Thanks!

The thread is getting a little off topic with fridge GFI do's and don't, but the house is sided and was caused by the pressure washer. As mentioned, walked around before looking at the spots to compare results. Still no contact and have a guy coming to replace the siding. Turned out to be a pricey house wash! So much for integrity!!!

Default Gehrig Chambless was a GREAT WORKER

GJohn

Gehrig Chambless did not answer your call because this 21-year old entrepreneur recently died of a tragic accident. Hundreds of residents were served so well by this hard-working young man. He was always polite, on time and made sure he said thank you. Perhaps the next time you slander someone you might want to find out a little more about the situation. Google his name to learn more about what an amazing human being he was, giving away large sums of his pressure washing money to charities all over the world.

God Bless you Gehrig and thank you for your wonderful heart.
