I had a villa cleaned, he charged 95 --but I also asked him to do the ground all around the villa which include the driveway and entire yard --

We've used Egners and they're very good. Was told the cost is going up next year...don't remember what they charged this year. Think it was $60.00 for a small ranch. IF we wanted extras done they tack on more $$ That would be like the driveway, patio etc. done!
