I have a contract with Stone Creations to do my lanai with, what sounds like, the same type surface. It is only 256 sq. ft., and the quote is $1210. Based on that, yours sounds about right.

My only issue.....so far....is we signed the contract on Sept. 16. At that time they said it would be late Oct. before they could do the job. I was traveling this week, so I asked if they could start after Oct. 29. They set the date for Nov. 2. They have called us to change the date 4 times. They called yesterday to change it to Nov. 14, which would be fine except we have company that week. They told me otherwise they are booked up to just before Christmas. Now here's the part that irritates me. The first 3 times they changed the date, they said it was because of the rain. OK, I get that. Yesterday, the lady actually told me they got another job, so mine was being pushed back. I told her Nov. 14 wouldn't work for me and I did not want to wait until into Dec., so she was supposed to have someone else call me. I called this morning and left a message that I am still waiting for the call. If they can't get me in before the 14th, I am going to look elsewhere. I realize another company won't be able to do it any quicker, since I will just be getting on their schedule, but maybe I won't feel so put out. I can be flexible, but I don't appreciate being pushed back for someone else's job, which came up after I already booked mine.

I called them because I really like a neighbor's driveway that they did. He was happy with their work and also they will come touch up any chips, and such, at no charge.

Default Patio design

We used Custom Ram Design (Custom Ram Design, Inc. - Ocala, Fl.). Each creation is somewhat unique. See what i mean on their website. We had them do our large patio and lanai, after having a Pergola installed, in Liberty Park. We have renters coming into the home in a couple of days, but my wife is there till Sat. if you want to see it send us a PM.

Stone Creations has major issues with follow up services. Six of us have used them in our neighborhood. After two years three of us are experiencing fading and surface spider cracks. One driveway has had two major cracks at joints after one year.Stone Creations came out (after re-scheduling multiple times) fixed the cracks twice and charged $50.00. Four months later, it is cracked again! Still waiting for them to return to repair it.
We are all concerned what these will look like in years to come.
Bottom line...when it is done right, customer is happy.

Any time you put a thin concrete coating over an existing one you have a chance of cracks developing.

I assume that is a recommendation...? Have you had work done by them? If so, what, how long ago and how were they to deal with? Thanks.

Our neighbor next door just had Go Concrete Designs finish the floor in a room addition, as well as, the walk around her CYV. It's a work of art. The job was completed a month ago so I can't tell how it will stand up to the elements.

We used Stone Creations for our lanai and outside patio after have a very bad job done using river rock $2k wasted that time. Our neighbors have had their walkways and driveways done by Stone Creations and it has been a few years and it is still looking good. They are slow in follow ups though and they do recommend resealing it every couple of years. Our one neighbor got tired of waiting for a reseal and finally hired someone else to do it. Just my opinion but nothing seems to hold up well in our heat and humidity down here. Our lanai and patio comes to about 20 x 30 and we paid around $2500 but that was with taking up all the river rock.

We used Cobra Concrete Creations. 352-256-7494. The job is amazing. Quick response for estimate and we did not wait months for the application. They showed up as scheduled (a problem with some contractors) I can't say enough good things about the job they did. And they offer the first reseal at no additional cost.

We have used Custom Driveway Design. In fact they are here now. They did our driveway and we were so pleased that we are having some additional work done in the back. Bob's phone number is 352-406-6677. I will say they aren't johnny on the spot with return calls, but have been responsive with one small item that needed fixed on our sidewalk. Can recommend them. Two of my other neighbors used them, too, and one is also having Bob do additional work.

Go Concrete did three areas for me, the front of my home, my screen room floor and the outside of my screen room. I had two estimates and decided to go with Go Concrete. The finished product was beautiful (wish I could upload it but don't know how). If you would like to see it send me a PM. Their phone number is 855-537-8462.
