Hello Everyone,

We're needing to have our heat pump system replaced.
We are thinking about going with Munns.
Has anyone had experience with this company ?
Thought on their service and pricing ?
After reading great reviews for Chuck Farrell, we tried contacting him, but he is booked.
We need to get our unit replaced asap.

I have used Munns for a filter system install and was very pleased with the service and workmanship. Got a great price, also. But I had to deal to get it. Based on estimates with Munns and Farrell for a new AC, you will pay probably over two times what Farrell will charge. Both seem to do good work and have good crews.

Inherited Munn's from previous owner which included warranty on unit. So far so good, they service unit twice a year, they are prompt and when there was a problem it was Munn's that informed me of the warranty and did the work free of charge. I'm new so price wise I have no experience with others, but I have no complaints and will continue with their service.

We've used Munns for 10 years. They did the original install of heating/air in our house. Last spring our AC finally died...Trane had problems....and we had a new system installed. Wasn't inexpensive, but we opted for a more expensive system. Munns was willing to repair the old system, but we decided an old system already with problems, wasn't worth repairing.

The Munns crew was great, they did their job well, we're neat and they were very courteous. This is nothing new from this company in our experience.

When getting estimates, just make sure you are comparing apples with apples and not apples with oranges. Both companies have good reputations and I don't think you will go wrong with either.
