I discovered a leak underneath my kitchen sink yesterday...Here is my story.

I immediately called Mike Scott plumbing @ 1:05PM, the person who I spoke with listened to what I had to say and replied ..I will make sure a plumber will take care of the problem today and will be at your home between 2:00PM and 6:00PM.

Next I had a call @3:45PM it was the plumber..who told me that he will be at my home shortly..Great !! At 3:55PM ( Mike ) the plumber arrived took at look at the leak, and said the disposer is faulty and needs to be replaced.

At 4:25PM he completed the job, got everything squared away the total cost parts and labor $225.00.

Talk about customer Service ....WOW !! Other contractors take notice. This is not the first time that I have used Mike Scott plumbing, twice before...and the same results ..they are Consistent I will say..Mike Scott Plumbing ? " The Best "

I use the contractors that our builder used, Galaxy, Munn's, CPM

Their bread & butter is in the Villages and service is their credo

I had that same problem. It was the rubber flapper that is attached to a chain. I periodically change them because they lose their ability to seal.

I used Mike Scott Plumbing to install grab bars in the shower and bath tub area of both bathrooms. They made a separate first trip to give me a free, no obligation estimate of the cost of the work.

In the past, I had used Kiley & Sons Plumbing for something. Today, my lawn guys sheared off a hose bib on the side of my house with a big mower. They had to shut off the water to the whole house to stop the gusher. I called Kiley and explained that I needed some help. They couldn't send help for 4 days and they couldn't recommend anyone else to call.

I called Mike Scott Plumbing (352) 748-9111 and they said that they could send help in about 3 hours or so. They called me back in about 15 minutes and said that someone was on the way. Their guy, Angel, showed up and took care of everything. Prompt, courteous, reliable service. I have updated my contacts list. Thank you, Angel. Thank you, Mike Scott Plumbing.

Mike Scott was the plumber our builder used. We've had them out for other things and have always received great service.

I have a similar story or two about Mike Scott plumbing. they were the contractor on my home and have done all my plumbing work including a recent replacement of our hot water tank.
