Kudos to Michael's Auto Repair - 307 N. Villa Ave., Fruitland Park - 352-365-2955.

I was having a major problem with my car with the gas hesitating really bad when accelerating. I called three auto repair services and told them about my car issue and asked what they charge for a diagnostic. The first one said they charge $80 an hour for diagnostic. The second one said he charges $90 an hour for a diagnostic.

I then called Michael's Auto Repair in Fruitland Park and Michael said he charges $35 an hour for diagnostic. He then asked me a question which neither of the first two auto mechanics asked, and that was - "Is the 'service engine soon' light on?" I said "yes". Today I took my car to Michael's Auto repair. Michael discovered that I had a vacuum leak. He repaired it, and my total bill was only $85.60. I left Michael's a very happy camper!

I highly recommend Michael's Auto Repair in Fruitland park, as Michael is very honest, fair in his pricing and does excellent work.

I have used Michael's several times and found the same thing. He is honest, fair prices, doesn't try to up sell, and is able to resolve most problems. He is my first choice for auto repair.
