Default Lowe’s/Crume Installation

Installation NIGHTMARE from Lowe's and their installer, Crume Installations!! I ordered window and sliding glass door window coverings from Lowe's and paid them to install them. Had to wait 2 weeks after delivery to my house before they could come out to install. Crume sent one installer - he was able to install the window blinds but said the sliding glass doors (3 of them) were a two person job because of the size and they would have to reschedule to send two people out. He assured me he would make sure they sent two people next time. Their automated scheduling system said the first available install was another 2 weeks out. On that date, they again sent just one installer and he wasn't able to do anything. First I tried calling Crume but they only have an automated system and I couldn't figure out any way to get a person so I first went to Lowe's to talk to the person I ordered from - she said I had to call their Installation Sales team (Lowe's employees) so I called them and told them about the problem and asked them to make sure Crume sent two people next time. They called Crume and were assured there would be two people next time. Guess what... only one person the next time too. So I called Lowe's again and after a half hour of explaining the history, Lowe's called Crume and got a manager there to commit to sending an installer plus a manager that was capable of assisting, to make sure it got done this time. Yesterday was my new install date. Guess what... instead of anyone coming, I got Crume's automated scheduling system calling to reschedule yet again. I called Lowe's and they connected me with Crume (a human being) who said there was no way they were going to be able to come out the day scheduled, one of their installers was tied up on another job and overtime is apparantly not an option. They've scheduled me for Tuesday between 8 and 11 and won't assure (let alone guarantee) me that I will be first job so they don't get delayed again on another job. Lowe's has said they will talk with me about compensation after the job is complete but I'm beginning to wonder if I'll live that long!! In case you've been counting with me, I've now had 5 dates for when my doors will get their blinds and zero confidence I'll ever get it done. Trust me, it's not worth the money I saved by ordering from Lowe's (and it was a significant savings) to go through this aggravation and 2 months of huge boxes taking up my living room!

No need for replies, just be forewarned if you think it's worth the money you'll save if you order sliding glass door coverings from Lowe's.
