I have used Eigners, but a word of caution, if you have any electronics (ring doorbell, cameras, automatic lights, electronic door lock etc.) be very careful, most of these items do not standup to 2000+ psi power washing. I had equipment damaged, so I now do my own.

We used Shine On Pressure Washing - 352/603-1284

We were happy with the work and they also do windows.

We have no external electronics so I can't say how careful they are around those.

On the subject of power washing a house, when is the best time to power wash?

Reason for asking, there seems a time when pollen dumps a green film
on anything I have outside.

They offer a "soft wash" process eher they apply a cleaner an then low pressure rinse.

Just had my lanai, driveway, gutters, and block wall pressure washed by Nate's Home Services. He did an excellent job and was very reasonable. He also does window cleaning and I am having him back on Friday to clean my windows.

They did our windows, out house, and our driveway. They are near 44 just off of 301.

I never have the house power washed before cleaning out the gutters. Blowing out the gutters makes a mess of the house, so I always do that a few days before the annual power washing.
