Default Flooring

Planning to replace carpeting in living room and bedroom with luxury laminate or other surface. Any suggestions regarding a company/person who you would recommend?

Royal Palm Flooring at 1331 South Highway 441 in Summerfield. Just had all my carpet removed a couple of weeks ago and installed LVP, luxury vinyl plank and absolutely love it. 352-205-7650
It's located in a strip of storage units just before "Dirt Cheap" the mulch and stone place.

I used The Floor Shoppe on 301 in Wildwood to install LVP and I absolutely love it! I also had them put in 5 1/4 baseboards instead of quarter round. My installation team was fabulous. I highly recommend them.

How do you clean it? Do you use a special floor cleaner or mop?

We used them too and did the same thing with the baseboard. Our floor looks very close to yours. Excellent choice and best price

No special cleaner. Mop or Swiffer.

Same here. (Might even be the exact same product we chose.) Love it.

The manufacturer of my flooring recommended a non ammonia window cleaner and a microfiber mop/cloth to clean the floor.

We just had LVP installed 2 weeks ago and we were told to use Bona for Vinyl surfaces. We bought it at Lowe's.

Default Flooring

We are remodeling a house on Orange Blossom Golf Course and had quotes by 4 different flooring companies. We went with Frank DiGiovanni with Frank's Floating Floors. His price to install luxury vinyl plank flooring was at least 20 percent below the next lowest quote. His guys did the work in one day and it looks so nice. Neighbors came over and are astounded at the quality and price. They removed and installed new toilets and put down quarter round. They were clean and even put their trash out at the curb. I'm very impressed. I would recommend anyone wanting new flooring talk to Frank before hiring any other local contractors. He's a resident of The Villages. His number is: 732.558.3770

Your flooring is beautiful and appears to be the colors I’ve been searching for. Would you be willing to share the manufacturer and style/color information? I’ve been searching but haven’t found the right one so far. Thanks for your help!
