Question Concrete contractor

We need a small piece of concrete at the end of our driveway, about three square yards. Can you reccomend anyone that does small jobs at a reasonable price. We got one estimate so far of 2000.00 dollars. Wow! We will jump at that one....

We just had a 5' X 9' pad put in for our grille in the rear yard. We had T & D do the work for $250.00. They were great to work with, they even obtained to proper paper work. I highly recommend them.

Default Ouch

I would get T&D to give you an estimate, they do all the work on the new homes. That's a very small job, probably enough left over in a cement truck for that. Shouldn't be much at all.

I would recommend T&D also. That is something they can do really quick. You would need to call 748-6655. Ask for Michelle. Tell her what you have. Should be able to take care of you. If that dont work, send me a PM, I can get you taken care of really quick. I dont know who quoted you 2000, but just for the concrete your looking at about 240.00 if it is 3 yards. 1600.00 for labor is out of this world to finish 3 yards. Again let me know via private message. Good Luck One Point, T&D will do all the paperwork needed espcially with the ARC and any permitting that might need done.

T&D laid the concrete and built our birdcage. Good prices, good craftsmanship and good to work with. I highly recommend them.

Just thought I would give you guys a little history of T&D concrete, T=Terry Yoder,D=Darryl Rutz, they are brother-in-laws due to Darryl's wife being Terrys' sister. Terry bought out Darryl about 15 years ago, Darryl went in the bussiness as Rutz and sons concrete doing the non-commercial work and Terry went on to become a figurehead thru working for the Villages as their main concrete source.

There is a lot more to it, but that will give you the gist of how T&D concrete started.
