Will be closing on our CYV soon and want to get a good cleaning crew in before we start moving in. Also need good carpet cleaners.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.......thanks in advance.

You could give Dirt-B-Gone a try. They use the Roto-Vac system with a powerhead that rotates 1500 rpm counter clockwise. They do a great job and the cost is about .10 a square ft. The number is 352-322-0102

too crazy - if you search lotto carpet in the forums, you will find lots of great recommendations like this one: "I searched the old posts and found out about Steve at Lotto Carpet Cleaning. You all said he does a great job. Thanks for the tip. He came today and did a miracle on our carpet. I had used my own Bissell carpet cleaner and it wasn't getting the job done. At a last resort before replacing the carpet I called Steve. He got me in same day! He did an awesome job and the carpets look awesome! He is very reasonable also. About 1/2 of the price of other companies I called. Thanks Steve!"

we used steve, too, before we moved in and he brought the carpeting back to practically brand new! it was the original carpeting from 1987! [352]552-5418

we also had our house scrubbed before we moved in - and we could not have had a harder working crew than melanie's squeaky clean! [352]245-0442 melanie was referred by our realtor. they worked like dogs and when they finished - the slats of the mini blinds were sparkling and even the inside of the kitchen cabinets shined! they moved the stove and refrig for cleaning, too!

Hi! I run a home watch service here in The Villages and recently had to open a home for a carpet cleaner. Carpets had lots of stains and looked to be in poor condition. Mastercare by Peterson (Dan Peterson - 352-409-0812) was who cleaned the carpets. When I went back to lock-up I couldn't believe the difference. If I ever need a carpet cleaner, I will definitely call him.
I believe they also do general cleaning.
