Beware of Keep It Clean pressure washing services.
We just has the house and landscaping stones pressure washed. We were charged $455 for a little over fours hours work. Same company last year charged $255. Started at$150 in 2016. We just checked with our neighbors and they are paying ~$150 for pretty much the same service. No complaints on the work but we suggest you either look elsewhere or get an estimate before you have work done. Either he doesn't like us or he has more work than he wants. |

Because you never asked the cost??!! have you seen inflation news lately? welcome earthling! |

Always important to know the cost before having work done.

I would never hire any contractor without knowing the cost in advance. And, I would never pay any money in advance.

That sounds extra rich. Our house was $90 and large lanai/birdcage $65 in 2020. In Sept. 2021 house $95, lanai $50, birdcage $75. Plus, husband asked him to do the 4 rocks. That was another $35, so total = $255, same as OP, in 2021. He does a really good job, but at these rates how clean does the house have to be?

We have used Keep It Clean for five years. Steve does a great job, and we have never paid more than $100. I don't understand it.

My father taught me when I was young to always ask the price first. Especially in Florida

So you didn’t ask price before work was started???

I used Steve once close to two years ago. He never showed up or called for the next appointment. 6 months later his office called and apologized but explained that he had been in a motorcycle accident and was out of action. He did a great job and did the job for the amount we agreed to.
I am sorry for the OP’S difficulty and wonder if it was a misunderstanding. I wouldn’t only beef on TOTV’S, I’d contact Steve’s office. Good luck. |

We've used him since fall 2018 to wash either the whole house annually, the lanai/birdcage several times/year, the front entry/driveway, landscape rocks and landscape retaining wall. We're always given the price when we schedule and we average $500 a year with him.
For reference, we're in a 4br Ivy, 2+ garage with a large birdcage that wraps around one side of the house. |
