A quick positive comment about Beck's. I called him this evening about our dishwasher not draining and during the conversation I mentioned I replaced the garbage disposal recently. He quickly told me how to fix my problem by knocking out the knock out plug in the new garbage disposal. He could have just setup an appointment, come over and knocked it out himself and made some quick money. I appreciate his honesty and will call him the next time an appliance needs repair.

Yet another vote for Rick Beck. Our frig was getting warm and he checked it out within a couple hours of us calling him and said he could fix it but really we would be better off to get a new one if possible. It would need a new compressor and lines as the ones on this Frigidaire unit were leaking gas. Very nice and believe him to be an honest Christian man.

I also had a good experience with Beck's Appliance Repair today. I called him to ask him if he sells a replacement drawer for our refrigerator and he gave me the name and number of the place where he gets all of his refrigerator parts from. I appreciated his honesty.

Thanks to TOTV for recommending Beck's Appliance Repair. Rick Beck just left my house after fixing my Samsung washing machine that sustained some damage in my move to TV (movers used wrong shipping bolts for front loader--my fault, as I could not locate the correct ones that came with the machine when it was new). Rick did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and competent. He'll also be straight with you about what's needed. He'll tell you honestly what can and cannot be repaired and what should and should not be repaired. His charges are also exceptionally reasonable. No relation (as my last name is Beck), I called him because of the referrals I saw on TOTV, and also because you couldn't go wrong with his last name. I have to say he is professional, knows how to get to the source of the problem, fixes it promptly, and is fair and reasonable. I had a problem with the freezer leaking water, he came to the home and knew immediately that the heater in the freezer had to be replaced. He did it right away, and his price was fair. I will definitely call him again if anything else breaks down.
