Getting bids to have a pool installed. ASP pools so far looks good. Anyone have experience with them - good or bad?

I could not find any comments from the past on TOTV, only that they are a sponsor and have page that was set up in 2013.

I hired these guys to repair 3 plugs in my pools last April. After 4 months, several phone calls and payment, they replaced only 2 plugs. Each time I called I got they same, when the weather get warm. Well, hello - it's fla. Weather watm 90% of the time. In settle the final payment in dec when they attempted the replace the last plug. Well 3 months later (March 2015), several more calls and 2 attempts on their part - my 1 remaining plug has not been replaced/repaired. They make excuse after excuse, have unreliable workers, accept payment for services not rendered.

Avoid this company. High pressure sales and rude. Use someone else. Pre-pay $85 just to start -- even repeat customers.

Wonderful company! Been a costumer for over a year. Fast to fix problems.I just had my pool system completely replaced, They came immediately, it was installed in less than 2 hours and the price was great. Highly recommend!!!

From 2020

I used ASP in Ocala, FL to upgrade my Inground swimming pool with new coping and pavers for the entire deck. The outcome exceeded my expectations. The owner Bram was excellent and fair with his quote for the work. His workers were very professional and skilled.

There are two more good reviews, so it seems they've gotten better over time.
