Recently when I do a search in Google the seach starts in google but when I click on a link it brings up a blank Yahoo search bar then I have to re type the search and it will do search but it's n Yahoo. What is causing that.

Go to settings (upper right 3 bars or go here chrome://settings/) find search,manage search engines.Now you can select what search engines you want.By hovering your cursor over the name you can set default or remove a search engine.

Also, look closely at the link you intending on clicking on. If you hover over the link, you will see where it is taking you. I have noticed that doing searches, I have inadvertently ended up in WOW, Yahoo, etc.,

Don't be surprised if you have a browser hijacker that won't let you change your default back to Google. If you're on Windows, try scanning with Malwarebytes.
