Default Any Trim Healthy Mama's Out There??
I have been on the Trim Healthy Mama Eating Plan for a couple of years now and was wondering if there are any other's in The Villages area? It would be great to start a group to encourage and support each other.

Just cut out carbohydrates and unsaturated plant-derived oils.
There is no such thing as "dieting".
