Does anyone have a recommendation for An adjustable Awning?
Has anyone used Awnair Adjustable Awnings?

I don't know about any specific awnings, but I would shop around and try to buy an awning where you can hire your own contractor or handyman to install. You can buy them from Lowes, Home Depot, and Amazon. I understand that, if you buy a proprietary awning, the authorized dealer will charge an outrageous labor charge to install it. They may charge you $1200 to $1500 dollars to attach the awning to your exterior wall, a job that a handyman can do in less than an hour.

We used AwnAir for a remote-controlled awning over the patio of our CYV. They did a wonderful job start to finish. Later we used them for an awning (hand-roll--more like a shade) for the side of the front porch. They got ARC approval and gave us a copy of the application and the approval. I highly recommend them. They will use either Sunbrella or a fabric that is the exact makeup of Sunbrella but less expensive because you're not paying for the name. We used the less expensive fabric and it is still good and not faded 2.5 years later, and we use it almost every day to keep the sun out of the lanai or to sit on the patio.

I know up north SunSetter is a huge name but not sure if they are in Florida. Check your deed restrictions because they are not allowed at our Villas.
