You can report not only to the FCC but to here:

Solicitor Information: MAY 2017 - UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS,

Dear: XXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX

The Department's Bureau of Mediation & Enforcement has received your online complaint regarding a telephonic sales call in apparent violation of s. 501.059, Florida Statutes, commonly referred to as the Do Not Call (DNC) law.

In general, when a DNC complaint is received the department attempts to determine who initiated the call and then notifies the business that a complaint has been filed. The business then has an opportunity to respond. If the department determines that a violation has occurred, the business will be notified that they are not in compliance and could be facing administrative or legal action from the Department.

If you receive an unsolicited sales call in the future, please contact the Department by submitting an on-line complaint at Home - Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (http://www.freshfromflorida.com) or by calling 800-HELP-FLA (435-7352) in Florida or 850-410-3800 outside of Florida to request a complaint form.

Consumer complaints are critical to the success of the DNC program, and we appreciate your willingness to provide this information to the Department.

Sincerely,

Starsha Brown

Too bad the "Do Not Call Registry" is no longer effective. It worked pretty well for several years, but now it is useless. I installed nomorobo on my Comcast landline phone a few months ago. It seems to work pretty well. The phone will still ring once, though, before nomorobo kicks in.

All I can say is the person(s) who invented Caller ID deserve a special place in Heaven.

Looking into the nomorobo feature! Agree with Caller ID...now just saw where these creeps can send calls via real numbers (ours even) with a special APP
