What's the deal with different colored Scrunchies on vehicles?

No, that is the light blue golf shirt or the dress with the neck tag on the outside.

Or, is it the men using a Noodle golf ball marked "long and soft"?

But they only work on certain vehicles. Others have found ways to shake them off as you drive along.

Yes, but people call these body scrubbers scrunchies as well.
Having 2 daughters, my house was filled with scrunchies (for the hair).

What's the deal with different colored Scrunchies on vehicles?

Some of them do seem to mean something but it is a private group thing. Gay people in San Francisco seem to use loofahs on cars. You can guess what red and white colored ones mean fairly easily. Bulls seem to have the same kind of re-action to red.

Of course, they can switch the meanings at any time by agreement, so.... A rose may not always be a rose.
