We tried to use ASAP garage door repairs to fix our garage door. They said that we needed a new garage door opener. We bought it and they guaranteed it. We had a problem with it not closing. The office manager was rude, crude and socially unacceptable. She interrupted me, spoke over me, and wouldn't give me her name or the owners info. They sent out a guy who couldn't fix the problem before and he was rude too. He left without fixing the problem and suggested that we should get both our garage door and screen door replaced. He worked on the screen without out permission and blamed the garage door problems on the screen door. We have not used the screen since they replaced the opener, yet he blamed it on the screen door. Neither the office manager or the tech would give us the owners name or any info on how to contact him. The tech left without fixing the door. I had my wife in the room to be a backup on what he said. DON'T USE ASAP. They will rip you off. We have a warranty that they won't honor. My wife was in the legal profession for 35 years. I guess we will see them in court.

will show the owner of the business as of May 8th,
interestingly the form filed on April 30 listed a different owner, so the business may have just been sold.

Here is the document showing the sale of 2/3 of the shares from Steve Lunay to the new principal owners, Jess Emery and Rick Earls. There is an email listed for Steve who may or may not still be associated with the business on this form. Cute email Sweatyman

I've been having problems with my garage door so I called Ryan last week. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and suggested a fix that I could do myself. So far, works great. Most businesses would have come out, made some adjustments and charged $50 to $75 minimum for a service call. Ryan is great!!! TOTV is a great resource for finding honest contractors.
