Just moved into the house, new whirlpool microwave, fan was not acting appropriately, called and scheduled Fields Appliance Services (who is the recommended Whirlpool appliance fixers) Fields gave a 3 hour window, set confirmation up via automation phone call, service guy Sam showed up as scheduled, checked out the issue, solved the issue, asked if we had any other question on the other appliances and he would show us proper use if need be. What an outstanding experience with Fields today. Thank you
