I'm looking for someone that can service my STAR electric cart. The distributor I bought from went out of business, the factory store went away, STA-Rite went away and now they have a new distributor, Crown Carts, They told me last week the cost would be $50.00 to pickup, $150.00 for service but only need to service once a year. The manufacturer, JH Global Services previously wanted service twice a year at $75.00 per service and they did it at the house. I made a pickup appointment last week for them to pick up the cart tomorrow afternoon (golf in the AM) and they could keep it until Monday as we are going to be out of town. They called today and said they couldn't accommodate that (could pick it up in the AM) plus their position is they can't do individual scheduling so the customer needs to accommodate their schedule. That means when they are in your area they will pick it up so customer, change your schedule and pay us. I love the product, just exasperated with the support. I reached out to the parent, JH Global Services to see if they have any suggestions where I can take it, but have no expectations for a response so looking for suggestions here.

JoMar, I entered "star electric cart service" in Google, got a link for dealers and service, put in 32163 and found 3 service locations within 20 miles, here is the closest one, I think. (NOTE: the search did also show Crown Carts....)

Try D/C carts (Ocala). They just serviced my Star cart (not EV) and I am very happy. They fixed a steering problem that three others never did fix. 352-300-3639. They were also reasonable - $80 for service . I think it was $40 for pickup and delivery.
