I wonder if it is one of the new fangled devices the LEOs put out that help triangulate the area from which gun shots have come. There have been reports on the news of these being deployed for the 4th.

You should win something for sure. Those first few pictures with the Bug Zapper was because I couldn't post the picture that Mr. dbussone did for me that is the device in question.
