Hi I'm in the same boat, went to the demo and also to the dealer. It looks to me like the best electric cart out there. Seems like everyone has their favorites. Makes the decision tougher. Wish I had more peoples opinions. Dennis

Default Best cart around

I tested it at the show, beautiful cart, solid ride, love the airvents and other features. I stopped at the dealer and they are adding addional golf ready features at no extra charge. They also have some nice accessories like storage trays, 12 volt outlets, lighting, etc. at fair prices. I am placing my order next week.

I have not tested the Eagle but I did own a ParCar for some time. The cart was OK but not great. The problem was service and customer support. NO ONE ELSE can service ParCar because they do not make parts available to other companies. I found their service to be expensive and not particularly effective. Whenever I called to talk about problems with my ParCar, I was underwhelmed by their customer support attitude.

I went to the open day and spoke to one of the ParCar people, he explained all the new features - some excellent ones.

I have a 2007 ParCar purchased from the previous owner of my house, I've owned it since late 2010.

I think it's an excellent cart, good speed and a fairly good ride.

I use Michael (the Cart Fix.....) for servicing and for a couple of repairs, he has many good ratings on TOTV. He knows ParCar carts very well and seems to have no problem getting parts. I recently broke the cable attaching the "Go" pedal to the potentiometer and he had the part on his truck and replaced it the next day.

I would strongly recommend getting a digital voltmeter installed and learn how to interpret the readings. This would be the best accessory you could install.

Endgame went with the EZGO electric. Love the AC motor and auto parking brake. IMHO the best choice for playing golf. The only downside is the 6/8 battery config, but T&C feels that 50+ miles per charge is achievable. In January we will be buying cart #2 and if range is an issue we will revisit Tomberlin, Par and Star.

Golf cart decision took longer than designing and building the house!
