Default Coco electric golf cart

Hello all I was just wondering if anyone had purchased a COCO electric golf cart from Safer wholesale and what you think about it? Thanks

I Googled it and watched the commercial on YouTube. Top speed is only 25mph so I think you would have a lot of disgruntled car drivers (like when some residents had street-legal golf carts) behind you if you drove on the side streets. You could drive in the golf cart lane, I think, but if you were out on a busy day you would have to drive slower unless you were behind someone in a gas cart who illegally had their governor changed to allow higher speeds. I think I've seen an Atomic golf car on the MMP but I'm not sure if that's allowed. I wonder how it rides; those seats and tires didn't look too comfortable. Have you called them already? Couldn't find an address although the ad said that they were CST. I wonder how long the battery(ies) last & how much they are to replace. I don't think I could buy something like that over the phone.

That's a great answer and to add one more objection: the website is scary old. Says safer warehouse is a 10 yo company but the website is 25 and pages fail to load half the time. It shows the list price of 20k and if you buy today they sell it for 10k. Today is the last day etc....

Atomic cars are allowed on the MMP. You can make them street legal just like a golf cart but it's expensive to the point that you might as well by a small car. This CoCo electric car is similar just a different manufacturer and dealer. Personally i wouldn't but anything like this online since eventually you will need it serviced or what happens if there is a problem?

I gave it some thought before buying my Atomic. They are considerately less $, but I prefer having a dealer close by to take care of my problems. Rob is very good to deal with, he picked my car up shortly after taking delivery to re-adjust my park brake. I had it back the same day. By the way, I LOVE it.

I have not seen or heard of anyone in the Villages with a COCO electric golf cart. I looked at the Atomic but decided this four passenger electric golf cart fit my needs and is serviced locally. I have owned it now for almost three years and getting around 60 miles on a charge.

Make sure you use a safe form of payment, one that allows for reimbursement if you don't get what you ordered. I believe this company has been successfully sued for not providing what a customer purchased online. I think there have been several lawsuits.
