I highly recommend The Villages new to golf school. It’s a full week of instruction ending with playing a couple of holes on a championship course with the pro. They cover everything you mentioned, as well as etiquette, how to work the ball machines, realistic expectations for new golfers, etc. I don’t know if any are taught by women but I felt very comfortable since everyone in the class was also brand new to the game. I believe Maria at Sarasota teaches it
