I do like the idea of the fences in Dabney, I think it adds some nice privacy.

If you want to live in a treeless reclaimed swamp, go for it. If you like peace and quiet and a pleasant experience look up north of CR 466. Little or no infrastructure bond, and in Marion County a stable tax situation.
