I'm assuming you mean that the modem can be rebooted through the Spectrum app but that doesn't help because once the wifi router disconnects you have to do a hard reboot on the wifi router.
I've seen this occasionally with other devices but I've never figured out what causes it. It always seemed like a DHCP hiccup where a DHCP reset occurred in one device but did not register correctly in another. I could not find a setting to change that made any difference so I might have been looking in the wrong place.
